• Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also offer PayPal and Google Wallet orders
• Retail Tax is collected on all orders shipping within Texas.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item see our policies and instructions below:

Criteria

• Item is unworn, unwashed and comes from a smoke-free environment.
• Your return is returned within 30 days of your order’s ship date.

Facts & Exceptions

• Returns are valid 30 days from its original ship date. You will receive an email notification for every shipment from us.
• Final sale items include all sale items over 30% off, lingerie, swimwear, and earrings. Returns won't be accepted for sale items 30% off ore more.
• If you receive an item as a gift and want to return it. You will receive store credit.
• Returns are processed 5-7 days after the item is received & are always returned to the original payment method. We will email you to let you know once your order has been processed and your refund is complete.
• Free shipping : You receive free shipping when returning an item for exchange (after purchasing item for exchange) or when you return your merchandise for store credit. 
• We suggest delivery confirmation/shipping insurance because without a tracking number for your return, we are not responsible for lost items during transit. Delivery confirmation is included in all packages shipped within the US on Priority via USPS or Ground via Fedex. If you choose USPS International First Class, delivery confirmation is not available. While it is economical, it is not the safest method of delivery and we can not be responsible for lost packages once in route. 
• Electric Frenchie reserves the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the item. If you follow these guidelines for returns/exchanges it will be an easy, pain-free experience

Instructions

• Review criteria and facts above to make sure your item is eligible for return.
• Log into your customer account, choose the order (view details) that contains the item you want to return, choose button that says “New RMA”. This will alert us that you have an item you would like to return or exchange. Go ahead and send the item right away if you are returning your item for a refund. If returning your item for an exchange or store credit, you will receive a shipping label within one business day. Allow 5-10 days delivery so that your item is recieved back to us within 30 days of your original ship date. Also, you may want to keep note of your tracking info so you can watch the return's progress.
• For an exchange: Purchase the item you are replacing your return-item with. In the notes section include your original order number. You will receive a return shipping label for the item coming back and your new item will be sent out immediately. Once your return item is received, you will receive a confirmation of your refund.
