Q: What if I receive an item and decide I no longer want it? I haven't worn or altered it, what can I do now?
A: We appreciate that you shop with Electric Frenchie and want returns to be hassle free. Within 30 days of your purchase you may send back a non-excluded item for a full refund. Just send us an email requesting an RMA and shipping label. As soon as we receive the item, the value of your purchase minus the initial shipping charge will be refunded to the original funding source.
If you purchased a sale item, you may return the item within 30 days for store credit.
Return shipping is free for all returns!
Q: What items are excluded from your return policy?
A: Hair Piece items, Pre-Orders, lingerie pieces & swimwear. Merchandise that is being returned must be new, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached. If return is received in worn condition, it will not be refunded. Sale items may be returned for merchandise credit only.
Q: Can I make an exchange?
A: We can't gaurantee stock. We encourage you to place a new order while your original item moves through the return process.
Q: What shipping methods do you provide?
A: At this time we offer USPS, UPS, & Fedex shipping. The shopping cart has a shipping calculator. Enter your delivery zipcode to choose a shipping option based on delivery time and cost. At this time we do not ship internationally. However we plan to in the near future.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: In most cases, we ship the same day. This depends on the time the order is placed, whether the item is a "preorder" item, and credit verification. We do our best to pack your items well and get them on their way to you quickly.
Q: I refused a package from Electric Frenchie. What does that mean?
A: If a package is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to Electric Frenchie. This amount will be subtracted from
your merchandise refund. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you would like to cancel an order that has been undeliverable or refused,
there is a 15% restocking fee and the remainder will be refunded to your card on file.
Q: How does Electric Frenchie help me with my alterations expenses?
A: We want you to shine in your Frenchie items! This may mean getting a hem shortened or straps taken in; You pick your tailor and pay for your bill. Send a copy to us and we'll award you 30% of your total tailoring bill in store credit with instructions on how to use it.
